When someone requests an appointment with you, they provide their name, phone number, email address, and the date and time they would like to see you. We verify all of this information and then send it to you by email. That's where our involvement ends. From there, it's your decision whether to accept the appointment, engage the client, and what fee to charge.

  • AttorneyFee does not take any money from consumers or lawyers. As such, Rule 7.2, which governs paid attorney advertising, does not apply. Additionally, we make it clear to our users that:(i) the prices found on our site are only rough estimates, (ii) actual prices may vary substantially according to their individual circumstances, (iii) lawyers may not be available to provide consultations at the time they request, and (iv) that requesting a consultation does not form an attorney-client relationship.
    
    Although AttorneyFee does not implicate Rule 7.2 issues, you should be aware that in some states, Rule 7.1 requires lawyers to honor the fees that they advertise to the public. It is the responsibility of the individual attorney to use AttorneyFee in compliance with applicable ethical rules.
