Overview
I am dedicated to my career in helping families protect what matters most. Since earning my Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Arkansas, I had practiced law for almost three decades. Her focus is on estate planning and elder law.
I began my legal career in the Trust Department of a local bank before founding my own law firm and title insurance company. In 2018, I transitioned her main office to Fayetteville, Arkansas, and narrowed her practice to Elder Law and related areas, including estate planning, long-term care Medicaid planning, business and farm succession planning, probate, wills, and trusts. Her strong background in real estate and corporate law provides a unique advantage for clients with complex planning needs.
I am a member of the Washington County Bar Association, the Arkansas Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Western District of Arkansas. And also a member of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys, where I recently completed a term on the Board of Governors—an elite advisory panel shaping the future of estate planning nationwide.
